How to get the best value from this guided quantum breath session in the safest way possible:
Practicing Quantum Breath will give you beautiful results, but you always want to do it in a conscious, intentional, and safe way.

  • Always practice Quantum Breath, or any other breathing exercises, while being in a relaxed and comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and where you’re not distracted or interrupted by your environment.
  • Never practice Quantum Breath before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any other circumstance where the loss of consciousness could result in bodily harm.
  • Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations, a ringing in the ears, and/or light-headedness.
  • Quantum Breath breathing exercises are a guide only, you should always listen to your own body. Never push yourself or go to extremes in any other way while practicing Quantum Breath.
  • Deeply listen to your body. If you're feeling any tingling or buzzing sensations in your body, or your body starts tensing or contracting, slow down your breathing and take it easy.
  • If you feel dizzy or that you feel you may faint STOP and continue to breathe normally. If you feel unwell STOP.
  • In case of any serious illness please always consult your physician before. Do not practice deep intense breathing with epilepsy, after a stroke or any other serious health condition.
